Life Coaching is all about building bridges between where you are and where you really want to be. And doing it in a meaningful way – for you.

Only you can possibly know what is right for you. My role as a coach is simply to help you tap into yourself, help you gain clarity, perhaps un-muddle what time has tangled allowing you to identify what really matters, what you wish for yourself, what your strengths are, what your obstacles look like and feel like, what you would like to achieve and what the best way forward is.  

I will never tell you what to do. I ask questions and your part is to reflect and provide answers. Uncensored-, honest- , from the heart answers that allows us to have a truly meaningful conversation. About you and everything that matters for you at this point in time.

“Life” coaching literally means that any aspect of life goes, be it physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, professionally, or spiritually. You may find yourself feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, plateaued or stuck and wanting something else or something more in any area of your life. Coaching will help you get to the core of the matter and start to move you forward at a pace that feels right to you.

What do you really want? The most important question there is in coaching. Maybe you don’t know the answer, in which case that will be our starting point.

Maybe what you want is to find that answer, maybe you simply want to achieve a better balance across your life or explore what is possible. Perhaps you want to get a clearer sense of who you really are and where you are heading. Perhaps you would like to be more in the present, feel connected to the world you live in. You may wish to make a difference somehow, feel motivated, create a healthier lifestyle, improve your relationships, feel more congruent or joyful, more enthusiastic, outgoing or social.

Perhaps you would like to experience less anger, stop the excuses, stop procrastinating, gain focus. Develop a more positive mind set, discover a new way of waking up in the morning, feel whole, feel authentic and peaceful, allow yourself to dream big dreams and to pursue those big dreams.

You may have reached a point where you have to or want to embark on a new adventure, take new and unfamiliar steps, implement an ambitious plan or perhaps find yourself challenged by one of life’s curve balls. Perhaps you wish to resolve your inner conflicts, release your anxiety, still the critical voices in your mind, grow your confidence, move beyond your comfort zone, live with more ease and increase your ability to make choices that are right for you. Then it is perhaps time to get in touch. I would very much welcome the opportunity to be the one working with you.

No matter which area of life is involved, first I will help you get clear about where you are right now and where you really want to be. Then, by engaging your strengths and resources, you will learn how to overcome your obstacles and step by step build the bridge that will allow you to get to where you want to be and, who knows, perhaps even beyond.
